Wedding Kiss Decor receives all types of questions and we always do our best to answer them as quickly as possible. Below are the top 6 questions that we get asked almost on a daily basis! Of course, feel free to reach out should you have any questions other than the ones listed below!
We ask that the potential client have a venue booked prior to seeking our services. Also, the wedding must be taking place within the next 12 months from the time the potential client contacts us. We do not book weddings that are more than 12 months in advance in order to ensure we provide each client with the service and attention they deserve.
This is one question we receive often. Unfortunately, we do not travel outside of our designated market area. We also get asked if we decorate destination weddings – and this is also something we do not do.
We require a non-refundable $500 deposit to officially reserve our decoration services. This deposit will be applied towards your total cost. We do not reserve or hold your date until the deposit is provided. We use a “first come, first serve” methodology, and whoever provides the deposit first will be the first to guarantee our services.
We understand life can get in the way and unexpected things happen. With that in mind, we can re-schedule our services as long as the new wedding date is within 12 months from the originally scheduled date, at no additional cost, and is subject to our availability.
We specialize in silk flowers; however, we also decorate using natural flowers! Be sure to check out our Diamond package, which is our decoration package that uses natural flowers only.
